- Coconut flours
- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon

Procedure to prepare paleo protein bar:
After ensuring the above-listed ingredients, start preparation by following the below steps.
Step #1:
Heat the pan for few minutes and roast the nuts and pecans separately and take it in a cup.
Step #2:
Now add roasted nuts, pecans, and almonds in the pan that are already in a preheated manner. Roast this mixture until the added ingredients get coarse. After that, transfer it to the large bowl.

Take all other ingredients that you have such as pumpkin seeds, protein powder, dates, cranberries, raisins, maple syrup, coconut flour, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and like more and mix separately in a bowl.
